Ryan Percival

Ryan Percival joined the company in May 2015 as an apprentice. Ryan is following in the footsteps of his father Lee, who has been with MAU since the company started business back in 2011.

Ryan is currently working towards qualification as NCO1 and will eventually become NCO2 mains and service layer. His day-to-day role involves excavating on site and assisting in mains and service laying activities. Ryan’s classroom learning transfers directly to site, giving him a broad understanding of health and safety requirements in the gas industry.

Ryan says: “MAU has given me a great career opportunity where I can develop into a role whist working as part of a team. The team has huge experience, so I have plenty of knowledgeable guys to ask for advice. Working with my dad is also a dream come true”.
