The utilities sector now realises the importance of customer service. Too often overlooked in the past, it now plays a large part in terms of how the performance of energy distribution networks and utility companies is assessed.

M A Utilities (MAU) and our operatives are always conscious of our customers – in terms of both our direct clients and their needs, and the end user and general public.

We work alongside our customers and involve them in everything we do. We aim to minimise disruption and fuss as far as possible. We plan our work with this in mind. We actively seek out customer feedback and to implement such feedback in the way we do things.

MAU was Northern Gas Networks’ top rated service provider for customer service in 2015.
